The Arkansas Grand Canyon can be viewed along Arkansas National Scenic 7 byway which winds through the Ozark National Forest, including the small towns of Jasper and Harrison. Two great stops along this highway are the Cliff House Inn, which features a restaurant and deck that overlook the canyon and the Scenic Point Gift Shop near Jasper, which has a tower you can climb for some views above the tree line. You can also just pull over in other scenic overlook designated parking areas along the highway.
