Bell Mountain in Hiawassee-one of the most scenic views in GA. You can drive to the top to a parking area and then climb steps to reach the platforms at the top. The area is surrounded by rocks covered in graffiti. The drive to the top is narrow and steep-be cautious and watch for vehicles coming the opposite way.
